M-TEC can offer the DFMEA service as part of any design and development contract should the customer require. We also offer this to many of our clients as a ‘Stand-alone’ package and where the M-TEC team develop the DFMEA with the customer’s team as the design progresses.

M-TEC engineering projects team follow a strict process using the Byteworx software in order to structure the development and creation of the DFMEA. Typically the team will develop ‘with you’ the P-Diagrams, boundary diagrams, function trees and interface analysis.

These widely used quality tools are a part of M-TEC’s quality management capability which includes problem solving techniques such as G8D analysis, cause and effect analysis, and fault tree analysis.
